You’ve done it. You and the members of your team have finally launched your product. It’s taken months, maybe even years of hardwork, but your technology product is now available to the public. This would be a great time for a well-deserved breather, isn’t it? Perhaps that long-delayed vacation is in order, right? The answer to both questions is, absolutely not. This is no time to rest on your laurels. In fact, in many cases, the more successful your product is, the more work you will face.


Wait! What?


It’s true. A successful launch means more users, and more users means lots of feature requests and bug reports. If you want your current success to continue, you have to be responsive to this feedback. Don’t worry, just like we were there for your initial concept, design, development, and launch stages; we will also be there to help you evolve and customize your product.


Product Customization. If your new, technology offering was created with enterprise in mind, you can expect product customization requests to start rolling in quickly. If you’ve managed to catch the eye of larger companies you can expect the same as well.

As you attempt to navigate all of this, you might find yourself in scary territory. You want to work with larger companies, and create customized versions of your products that meet their needs. But, at the same time, you want to maintain your vision and branding. You are also concerned with scalability.
